Example tuk tuk itineraries for Siem Reap and the Temples of Angkor

Here is an example of possible itineraries for guided tours of the Temples of Angkor and the Siem Reap area in my tuk tuk. These are examples but I can take you anywhere you want so these tours can be customised to suit you.

Day 1 of your Temple of Angkor and Siem Reap tuk tuk tour

Pick up at hotel at 8am to visit:

  • Angkor Thom Area( Bayon, Baphon,Terrace of Elephant, etc.)
  • Chao Say and Thomanon
  • Ta Keo
  • Ta Prom ( jungle temple)
  • Banteay Kdei and Srah Sran
  • Lunch time at Local Khmer food establishment near the Pond.
  • Angkor Wat then go up To Bakhen Mountain to watch the sunset

Price: Low season (June to November) - $13. High season: December to April - $15
Price includes: seats up to 4 people and includes petrol and cold bottled water every day and also free pick up from airport or bus station with each booking.

Day 2 of your Temple of Angkor and Siem Reap tuk tuk tour

Pick up at hotel early at 4.45am to visit:

  • Angkor Wat for the sunrise
  • Pre Rup
  • Banteay Srei (the Lady temple, far away from Siem Reap and the main temple complex but a must visit!)
  • East Mebon
  • Ta Som
  • Neak Pan
  • Preah Khan

Price: $22
Price includes: seats up to 4 people and includes petrol and cold bottled water every day and also free pick up from airport or bus station with each booking.

Day 3 of your Temple of Angkor and Siem Reap tuk tuk tour

Pick up at hotel at 8.30am to visit:

  • Rolous Group
  • Preah Ko
  • Lo Lai Temple
  • After lunch, Tonle Sap Lake ( the biggest lake of Cambodia)
  • Visit the floating forest
  • Floating market to visit the people who live on the lake and to see their lifestyle and culture

Price: $15
Price includes: seats up to 4 people and includes petrol and cold bottled water every day and also free pick up from airport or bus station with each booking.

You can customise these days as you see fit and to suit your time in our beautiful country. If you stay for longer than three days there are many more beautiful and interesting places to visit in the Siem Reap area so please just ask for my suggestions to make the most of your time.
